Since its founding by Dr. Abiola Abu-Bakr, DNP, more than seven years ago, Conduit for Collaboration Consulting has facilitated professional development, coordinated community-based clinical care, developed health education curriculum, co-lead health policy advocacy and organizing, and supported strategic planning for various organizations locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

I am an Advanced Practice Public Health Nurse, Healthcare Innovation Consultant, and a prenatal and postpartum Doula with a passion for both my local and global community. A firm believer that everyone should be equipped with the knowledge and resources to live a healthy life, I work to enact progressive change in the health and social sectors.
As the founder and owner of Conduit for Collaboration Consulting, I combine my expertise in health justice, public health, policy, and nursing with evidence-based practice to support change management, enhance patient experiences, engage communities, promote equitable practices, and enhance health outcomes.
